At least as trustworthy as any other stranger. It's a title. Much like 'Prince' or 'General'...or Sorceress, I'd wager.

I'm a trickster, and enjoy a good jest, a few humans devised the moniker and it stuck, so I made it my own. If that makes me untrustworthy, it hardly matters, does it? You've already unburdened yourself of the teeth.

Our OWN Sorceress I know to be kind, amicable, and afraid of her own shadow, likely due to prejudice in regards to her newly received power.
