magic question

say there's something that keeps someone alive in their world and if it doesn't exist, they don't

do you think it's possible to still exist in another world without it? like there's any chance that they just can

or does something have to keep them there on purpose

i get this is weird but i don't know a lot about magic

anyway thanks

You should ask Cissie or Tim. They were there too, and as far as I know they remember everything.

[ So the bite theory does hold some water, at least. ]

Really, who can say? It depends on what the Head actually wants with us. I can tell you one thing, it isn't to research this disease.

You'd think, but who knows? We're dealing with a computer. It probably thinks we're all idiots compared to it.

[ It takes her a second to remember that 'the last place' isn't Gotham. ]

Sort of? I remember a lot of it seemed to be automated, but there were people there.

[ She frowns and rubs at her head, trying to remember. ]

Mostly I think they were kinda murderous. Wish I could remember why, aside from everything on that stupid planet wanting to kill us.

There's a couple. [ Tim and Cissie, at least. Jason too, but he died before they escaped. ]

I don't know that it would do much about our situation now. I'm sure Tim's already on the programming angle.

Yeah. [ She shrugs. It's not like the city doesn't know what he can do, right? ]

It's kind of his thing.
