[ The ever dramatic vampire made sure to lean his phone to get the best sound and visual of himself standing under a single light for brilliant shadows. Extra this one is, even in his lab coat. A pair of glasses on his face doesn't seem to help the glowing red eyes. ]
Good Afternoon everyone listening. I would first like to take a second to introduce myself. I am Dr. Michael Morbius, now, some of you will know that name and will raise some concerns, allow me to ease your mind and say that I have left the past behind me as I hope you all have in this new world we live in. At the same time, if you give me trouble, I will return it in kind. With that out of the way, allow me to return to my point.
I would like to ask, voluntarily of course, if any of you who wish to help me with a bit of research here... I need your blood.
[ Dramatic pause, because those fangs are very visible. ]
I have a few subjects who have allowed me samples before the vaccine came out, and a few others after. That said I have noticed a difference enough that I wish to have samples to keep for those of us brought from the other world to monitor for further changes.
No, before you ask, I will not be drinking them. This is science not my dinner. I could state my credentials or you can trust the man in the coat who earned his degrees while most of you were still nursing. Now, do I have anyone willing?

[ He tried not to sound rude, but hes been to tired lately to explain and answer questions on his condition. And something about the young blond always just reminded him of Martine before his light was taken, he couldn't stomach to really see it.]

I am not sure I know what a vampire is but I can ask someone else. [She'll ask someone who isn't uncomfortable answering her questions. Naminé isn't worried about anyone being insensitive. She preferred straightforward answers.]
Does it matter if my body is new? I'm not sure how it was made. [She'd never asked the organization what they'd done to make her a shell for her spirit.]
