[Normally, Vincent wouldn't make this sort of announcement, or address, to the network as a whole. He never has, but he's desperate, and he realizes he actually needs help this time.]
I need some help. There's someone who's gone missing, but she may have just wandered off. She does that sometimes.
[And with how the city changes, it's possible she's gotten lost. He hopes she's just gotten lost.]
Her name is Arkady, she's small, thin, dresses in wispy clothing, purple eyes, keeps her head shaved. She laughs often, and she has a strangely charming sense of humor.

I'll help! [ Have one eager young-sounding man. ] Arkady's a friend. She has a roommate, doesn't she? Did they say anything?
audio;
[She's never mentioned him. He's going to ignore why that might sting, though. That's better for everyone.]
Nothing seemed strange the last time I saw her.
audio;
She seems the type to go wherever she likes, [ he offers, just to be encouraging. ] Drinking, people watching...
I'll send a message to her phone and see if she answers. [ Ah-- ] Did you try the zoo?
audio;
[And that's what bothers him.]
No, I haven't. She's...talked about trying something, and I'm worried she went ahead with it.
audio;
[ That...doesn't sound like anything good? But he can't remember Arkady mentioning anything particularly strange...
Or the kind of strange to worry about, anyway. ]
audio;
[After a beat.]
It may be easier to explain in person.
audio;
[ Or to a particular someone, but it's true regardless. ]
Where are you?
audio;
[Which is safer than most places at the moment. Plus, she likes the place. He'd thought-
-well, it doesn't matter what he'd thought.]
audio to action;
[ By, you know, saying something when he does turn up at the later estimate of time, searching the street. He knows the place from around when he first came to the city, and he's dressed like a jogger, a backpack hanging off his shoulder. ]
action;
Luckily, there was only the one. He hasn't donned his crimson cloak today, which leaves Tidus to be approached by a very thin man in dark leather with a red bandana holding back a lot of dark hair. He's opted to leave the claw and the metal boots at home as well, so instead of looking menacing, he just looks goth, if not for the red eyes.]
Tidus.
[While it's meant as a question, his coarse voice makes it sound like a statement.]

But at least a guy with seemingly no immediate business but to look around outside the cat café was also a good indicator. Tidus spins when he hears his name, looking up--and surprised for a second for the red eyes, the...bandanna. A similarity only in the details, but still.
Funny, to see it on another man the complete opposite in appearance to his father. ]
Hey! You... [ Regardless, the surprise lowers into confusion, a puzzle trying to click into place. ]
Aren't you... Vincent? Arkady's roommate?
[ Red eyes, long black hair. Wasn't that how Arkady described him once...? ]
no subject
[It was his simple and direct answer, and the only one he offered for the moment, before moving towards the entrance.]
Have you heard anything?
no subject
[ He appreciates the confirmation, but when he realises Vincent is heading inside, Tidus puts a hand on his arm to stop. ]
You think it's safer in there than telling me out here? There is something.
[ Something he knows, he means, but he's keeping his voice as low as being out in the street works, his words discreet. ]

audio;
[he's worried she was taken.]
audio;
Any reason to suspect foul play?
audio;
[Speaking over the network isn't the safest option when discussing things like that.]
audio;
...We can talk more when I get to the room. It's as good a place as any to start.
audio;
[And by people he means the Head. The rooms are bugged. It's not a safe place to have any sort of conversation.]
Stop by and have a look around, then we can meet at the bar to discuss things further. If you can find something I didn't, you're welcome to explore.
audio;
Sounds bubbly. If you think of anything helpful in the mean time just send me a ping.
Re: audio;
[He goes to disconnect, and then realizes he should probably say something else.]
Thank you.

[And Hank's gut nearly drops out. For multiple reasons. She's a sweet girl. If this fucking thing got her, too, he might not be able to beat it but he'll make it's life as hard as he possibly can.]
Yeah, I'll get out and look for her, too. Where did anyone last see her?
no subject
no subject
[Okay, so. Normally people who get replaced end up going 'legit'. Finding her should be possible if that's the case. Miserable, but easy.]
[But if she's hiding? Hurt? Something? That'll be a fuck of a lot harder. And his gut twists up at the thought of it.]
I'll go looking. If she comes back, tell her Hank's worried, alright?
no subject
[He swallows.]
I think she might have tried something.
no subject
...Shit.
[He doesn't know what she might have tried, he just knows that he really wishes that she hadn't been alone for it. Or he really hopes she's not alone now.]
Alright, uh... I'll get out there. I'll ask the liquor store clerks if they've seen her.
[He's actually not even suspecting the park because she'd said it felt bad.]
no subject
Thank you. [A beat.] I'm watching from above.
