There is a poetic opposition with the Heart, you aren't wrong. However 'Soul' might be more effective when trying to make a moral argument.

You're not entirely wrong. But truthfully you can manage vegetables with aeroponics. And with the way the tech is here, I don't doubt that they can maintain very successful aeroponics gardens.
