"It makes me question everything I've ever said to the man, but I suppose there really is little to be done about it." He really would have liked to have known Hank had a chip in his head placed by someone here before he'd divulged certain bits about himself to the man, but as Connor said, there really was little to be done about it at this point. It was best to soldier on lest paranoia take hold.

"I'm well aware." He smiles in amusement at Connor's explanation. It made sense, of course, that a man with less experiences would assume it was all glitz and glory. Loki was no fool, though. "I was a prince and a king, rather illustrious positions when viewed from without," he begins, by way of explaining his understanding. "I've done my fair share of paperwork."
